COVID-19 has changed our lives, and so does the supply chain. Uncertainty in oversea shipping and labor force challenges the stability of the supply chain. Three core values play an important role in our annual strategic plan: communication, innovation, and better services.
We balance potential risks by forecasting future demand to ensure supply chain security and ensure on-time delivery according to our forecast plan. Making predictions requires a lot of work to assess future demand and strong communication between various parts of the supply chain.
Continuous development of new products is another strategic core value in our annual strategic plan. Better services have been offered such as the option of sub-authorized garment UL listing.
